At Amir Staples, customer satisfaction is a priority. We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Return Process
- Customers must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.
- A return authorization will be provided along with instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued via Cash on Delivery (COD) or an agreed method.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
